SU women’s tennis tamed by TCNJ Lions
SALISBURY, Md. –
The No. 28 ranked The College of New Jersey defeated the Salisbury University women’s tennis team, 8-1, Sunday afternoon at the SU tennis complex.

The Sea Gulls (7-5) received their lone win from the doubles team of Jackie Burr and Anna Marie Kable. The two breezed by the TCNJ duo of Kristen Turturiello and Tamra Wroblesky, 8-2. Burr and Kable are now a perfect 9-0 on the year.

In singles action, the Lions beat the Sea Gulls in straight sets in all six of the matches.

The Sea Gulls return to action on Tuesday, April 3 as they travel to Frederick, Md. to face Capital Athletic Conference opponent Hood College at 3:30 pm.
